Job summary

Les Schwab Brake & Alignment Technician position in Bend, OR offers hands-on service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test and service hydraulic/electric brake systems, handle batteries, and drive systems checks while delivering strong customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
Test and install batteries.
Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies and rebalance wheels, and replace/calibrate TPMS components.
Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools to complete tasks.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service.
Refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
