Job summary

Les Schwab in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, alignment, and suspension components. You will test batteries, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina for frequent lifting and bending. On-site work with benefits when eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering parts; test batteries and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to others as needed.
