Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon seeks a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes testing batteries, mounting/dismounting tires, rebalancing wheels, and TPMS calibration, with offsite road service as needed.

The position requires lifting and physical work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, replace/rebuild/calibrate TPMS components.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers as needed.
