Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system parts, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

You will test drive vehicles, install and service brake components, and perform tire and wheel work, including TPMS calibration, while delivering excellent customer service.

Full-time position with a benefits package and paid training, Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
