Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension components and to perform offsite and on-site road service as needed. You will install, test, and calibrate parts while delivering strong customer service and following company policies.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Les Schwab offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; adjust TPMS components.
• Use hand tools and equipment; test drive vehicles; assist other employees; provide offsite/road service as needed.
