Job summary

The ABI/MFP House Manager at BFAIR oversees the daily operations of a group home for adults with acquired brain injuries, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a comfortable living environment. You will train and supervise staff while delivering supports to help residents live as independently as possible.

This role emphasizes maintaining health, encouraging engagement in activities at home and in the community, and completing required background checks and licensing procedures.

Qualifications

• Min of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks (CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD) and licensing/certification checks.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the group home for adults with acquired brain injuries.
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality supports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment at all times.
• Provide supports to individuals to promote independence and health, and facilitate desired activities in home and community.
