Vinfen is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide direct service and daily living support to clients with brain injuries and medical needs. The role includes medication administration under MAP guidelines, plus documentation and advocacy to uphold high care standards.

The position requires experience in human services, CHHA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will work in a collaborative team, contribute to safety, and support clients across medical appointments and daily

Competenze

• One or two years of job-specific experience in human services field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with brain injury preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driving is a requirement for this position; valid license and insured vehicle may be required.
• MAP certification/training completed or to be completed within specified timeframe.

Mansioni

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living per treatment plan and ISP.
• Monitors changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional status and reports to supervisor.
• Stores, administers, documents, and disposes of medications per MAP requirements.
• Assists and accompanies clients to medical appointments and transports as needed.
• Maintains safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients and families.
