Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Psychiatry Associate Account Manager for Madison, WI. You will grow market share and sales of Lundbeck CNS products across an assigned territory by managing physicians and key accounts, hosting speaker programs, and partnering with strategic allies.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS, 1+ year in sales or related roles, and strong planning and communication skills, with willingness to travel up to 30-40% domestically. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ year of sales, marketing, and/or relevant commercial experience.
• High energy level and strong work ethic.
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills; demonstrated decision-making ability.
• Requires a high level of initiative and independence.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Driving is an essential duty; valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with industry-standard credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed market share and sales volume goals.
• Analyze sales reports and develop business plan to increase market share.
• Execute strategies to drive sales in key accounts.
• Appropriately utilize resources to drive sales with key customers.
• Work with sales management on managed care and reimbursement opportunities.
• Develop expert knowledge of disease state and Lundbeck products.
• Develop strategic account management strategies to drive product utilization.
• Collaborate with strategic alliance partners to drive sales in overlap accounts.
• Achieve or exceed territory execution metrics.
