Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Certified on product knowledge annually.
• Strong communication and self-starter with a solid work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Meets standard credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies.
• Use data and digital tools to plan territory and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and payers.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and Lundbeck policies.
