Job summary

Wipro is seeking a BPS Practitioner for Client Expansion in the Consumer sector to drive growth across Retail, CPG, Travel, Hospitality and more. You will shape demand, build pipeline, and win large, complex BPS deals by partnering with GAEs/AEs, Consulting, and other service lines.

Expect to lead cross-functional pursuit teams, present to executives, and travel domestically and internationally as needed, with annual pay in the $200k–$280k range plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and build credibility with C-level and senior client stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across global teams.
• Experience leading or influencing senior sales leaders and complex pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Expand BPS services within Consumer sector accounts, driving pipeline growth and revenue attainment.
• Develop and execute client expansion strategies, shaping and winning large BPS deals.
• Partner with GAEs/AEs as the primary entry point to buyers across multiple levels.
• Collaborate with Consulting, DAAI, Practices to co-create value propositions.
• Drive creation of domain-aligned marketing collateral and thought leadership.
• Lead BPS sales initiatives across Consumer sector accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate pursuit meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Oversee internal pursuit governance including qualification and win themes.
• Represent BPS in analyst interactions and industry forums.
• Develop understanding of adjacent BPS offerings to identify cross-service opportunities.
