Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Strategic Space Planner to lead AMR portfolio planning and migration across corporate and lab spaces. You will drive occupancy strategy, analyze utilization, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

You'll collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, Project Management, Workplace Design, and Places teams to deliver scalable space solutions, balance headcount with space supply, and influence executive decisions.

Qualifications

7+ years in workplace strategy or strategic space planning
Experience managing multiple space planning projects from conception through implementation
Experience applying occupancy metrics and space utilization analysis
Experience translating spatial data into executive presentations and business cases
Experience negotiating space allocations and resolving competing stakeholder priorities
Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS platforms such as Serraview, Archibus, Tririga, FM:Systems

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a market plan of record (POR) maintaining portfolio metrics
Analyze occupancy analytics and forecast space requirements
Perform scenario planning to adapt to headcount changes
Translate data into executive-ready presentations and business cases
Serve as Places contact for assigned business units and lead planning discussions
Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, Project Management, Workplace Design, and Places Finance
Coordinate handoffs from Space Planning to Project Management for space conversions and capital projects
