Job summary

TikTok USDS Local Services is hiring for a BPO and risk operations professional to optimize vendor partnerships, monitor performance, and align project requirements across Labelling, Enforcement, Moderation and Service teams.

Join a fast-growing unit dedicated to protecting user data while driving quality and efficiency, with on-site work and evolving in-person collaboration across Los Angeles and other hubs.

Qualifications

• Strong Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in risk or BPO operations, including enforcement, labeling, moderation, or service.
• Understanding of BPO management, including SOPs, SLA, productivity and quality metrics.
• Data interpretation and reporting experience encouraged.
• Budget planning and contract management experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or establish relationships with BPO vendors to meet project requirements, productivity and cost targets.
• Track, analyze, and improve BPO performance to meet SLA and project needs.
• Collect, evaluate and manage project requirements from internal stakeholders and deliver a plan.
• Evaluate and onboard BPO vendors and manage contractual terms and settlements.
