Qualifications

• Three to four years experience as senior accountant in a BPO or external accounting service provider.
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise assigned engagements.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business.
• Review all workpapers.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and disclosures.
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliations.
• Post cash transactions daily and ensure timely cash reconciliations.
• Perform periodic internal audits to ensure internal controls.
• Research and resolve issues arising during engagements.
• Interact with client management to gather information and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to staff development and prepare staff evaluations.
