The role focuses on establishing and growing the local office, leading teams, building client relationships, and driving strategic growth while overseeing technically challenging projects.

The successful candidate will manage staff, pursue new opportunities across Montana and the Mountain West, and collaborate with senior leadership on regional growth

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong ability to recruit, manage, and grow an office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Bozeman structural engineering office.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain staff as the office expands.
• Develop relationships with clients and architects within Montana and the Mountain West.
• Direct structural design and project delivery from concept through construction.
