Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Van Delivery Driver at 225 Solar Dr, Imperial, PA. The role involves delivering food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and more, building relationships with customers and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.

Expect early start times (3 AM–5 AM) with Monday–Friday schedules, and a pay of $21 per hour. Candidates must have a CDL, driving and customer-service experience, and be able to lift up to 350 pounds. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid commercial driver's license.
• One year of driving experience and one year in customer service or related field.
• Able to operate a two-wheel cart with up to 350 pounds.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record as per DOT and GFS standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other customers.
• Build relationships with customers during deliveries.
• Unload cases up to 350 pounds throughout the shift.
• Travel locally and return home every day.
• Start shifts early (3–5 AM) until route finish.

VanDelivery Driver

Location : 225 Solar Dr, Imperial, PA

Are you interested in a driving position but don’t know where to start?Picture yourself as a van delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more.You’ll be traveling locallyandhome every day, and you’ll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbsthroughout your shift. Schedule : Monday-Friday. Start time 3 AM-5 AM until route finish

Pay : $21/hr

Does this look like you?

• At least 21 years of age

• Commercial drivers license

• One year of previous driving experience and one year experience in customer service or related field.

• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork and follow verbal instructions)

• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check

• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
