Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Local CDL A Delivery Driver in Avondale, PA. You will build relationships with customers while delivering food products to restaurants, schools, and other facilities on local routes, with home time every day.

Shifts run five days a week, with early start times; you will unload up to 100 lbs and use a ramp and two-wheeler. Weekly pay and benefits are provided; CDL A license required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent to be considered for employment.

Local CDL A Delivery Driver

Do you have a passion for driving? Are you looking for more home time? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. Day shifts and local routes mean you\'ll be home every day. You\'ll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you\'ll be using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Schedule

5 day work week between Monday-Saturday. Start time 3 AM-5 AM until route finish

Pay

Guaranteed minimum of $1200/ week

• Daily base pay, plus component pay
• Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered
