Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering merchandise to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle.
• 1+ years operating material handling equipment.
• No more than 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past rolling 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Delivers customer orders safely within a service area, interfacing with customers on order issues.
• Loads inventory into trucks and unloads orders using material handling equipment with professional courtesy.
• Reviews order manifests to ensure completeness and accuracy of customer orders and daily routes.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and internal policies.
• Maintains contact with the distribution center to receive delivery instructions and updates.
• Prepares and maintains vehicle and order records per company policies.
• Contacts customers to provide delivery status updates and resolves issues.
• Provides feedback to management on escalated customer service and sales issues.
