Job summary

PLA is seeking a Box Sorter for a regular full-time in Pasco, WA. You will sort and process boxes to meet quality standards, performing breakdown, inspection, sticker application, and palletizing as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Break down boxes not received in a broken-down state.
• Inspect boxes for damage and reuse suitability.
• Prepare boxes by barcode coverage for reuse.
• Palletize sorted boxes by size and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily production, aiming at least one pallet per hour.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Follow PLA policies and safety rules.
• Assist with other duties to support team operations.
