PLA seeks a Box Sorter to join the warehouse team in Phoenix, AZ. You will inspect, break down, and palletize boxes for reuse, aiming for at least one pallet per hour and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Break down boxes not received in a broken-down state.
• Inspect boxes for damage and reuse.
• Stickering boxes acceptable for reuse by covering barcodes.
• Palletizing boxes by size.
• Meet or exceed daily production requirements (at least one pallet per hour).
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Comply with Propak policies and safety rules.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support operations.
