Job summary

PLA is seeking a reliable Box Sorter to manually process and sort boxes in Plainview, TX. You will break down, inspect, sticker, and palletize boxes while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Break down boxes not received in a broken-down state.
• Inspect boxes for damage and reuse eligibility.
• Slicken boxes for reuse by covering barcodes.
• Palletize sorted boxes by size.
• Meet or exceed daily production, at least one pallet per hour.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow PLA policies and safety rules.
