PLA and its Family of Companies in Pasco, WA is hiring a Warehouse Utility I. This full-time position supports daily warehouse operations, including sorting materials, operating equipment, and maintaining quality pallet standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual labor or warehouse environments.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas, including forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Sort materials by hand or machine in an orderly fashion.
• Operate baler and manage cardboard recycling tasks.
• Paint pallets as required and operate painting equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Inspect items for quality and sort by vendor if applicable.
• Record and process items at established rates per hour.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Perform additional duties to support team operations.
