PLA is seeking a Box Sorter in Plainview, TX to manually process and sort boxes. You will break down boxes, inspect for damage, palletize by size, and ensure production targets are met in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Breaks down boxes not received in a broken-down state.
• Inspects boxes for damage and reuse suitability.
• Prepares boxes for reuse by marking and sticking labels.
• Palletizes sorted boxes by size for efficient handling.
• Meets or exceeds daily production targets, aiming for at least one pallet per hour.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Adheres to PLA policies and safety rules.
• Assists with other duties to support team operations.
