Job summary

PLA and its Family of Companies in Plainview, TX, is seeking a Warehouse General Labor RPC Sorter to sort RPCs and other materials by hand, maintain a clean warehouse, and follow safety procedures. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

You will perform manual sortation, manage airbags, and support team operations in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk 8+ hours per day.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manual sortation of RPCs and other materials according to established criteria.
• Manage inflatable dunnage airbags and organize reusable bags for reuse or disposal.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment; follow safety policies.
• Comply with Propak policies and procedures.
• Support team operations with other duties as needed.
