Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a production operator to assist in setting up and running corrugated box equipment per customer specifications. You will follow safety and housekeeping guidelines, read factory orders, and adjust dies, printing plates, and other components to keep production on target.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operator and Assistant Operator in setting up and operating equipment to produce corrugated boxes according to customer specs.
• Follow SAFETY PROCEDURES, housekeeping guidelines and Housekeeping tasks such as daily cleanup and scrap pickup.
• Read factory orders and prints to determine proper equipment settings and ensure proper pressures and alignment.
• Set up and adjust equipment components (dies, printing plates, pull rolls, folding rails) to maintain quality and efficiency.
