Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills (email, word processing, etc.).
• Must be able to facilitate the floor and assign work based on the needs of the customer.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be organized and have good time management skills.
• Must have good verification skills and be quality conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators and ensure each has the correct and needed materials for their jobs.
• Verify that correct plates were used for work orders.
• Set up Box Operator with materials and prepare orders for operators with labels and raw materials.
• Order correct number of boxes of cartons and maintain inventory levels.
• Verify work orders and ensure printed product meets specifications (order number, item number, expiration date, mode code, materials, barcode).
• Scan bar codes to ensure readability and close/create work orders in systems.
