Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Corrugated Box Machine Operator to safely set up and operate industrial box-making equipment. You will handle machine setup, production, quality control, and basic troubleshooting while maintaining accurate production records.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing or machine operation, experience with corrugated packaging, and strong safety and teamwork skills in a loud production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial machine operation experience.
• Experience with corrugated box, printing, converting, or packaging is strongly preferred.
• Experience operating a Flexo Folder Gluer or similar equipment is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production orders and perform basic math.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate corrugated box production equipment.
• Read production orders and follow job specifications.
• Adjust machines to maintain proper box dimensions, folds, cuts, printing, and gluing as applicable.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot routine problems.
• Perform basic machine maintenance using hand tools.
• Record production, downtime, and other required information.
• Work with and train machine helpers and crew members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
