Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Ticket Agent at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. You will manage ticket sales for events, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves daily cash handling, keeping accurate records, and assisting patrons with seating and event information. A high school diploma or GED and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year related experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Dispense tickets accurately and handle payments.
• Maintain accurate cash counts and daily sales balance sheets.
• Complete daily ticket sales report and submit to supervisor.
• Handle Will-Call and reservations by telephone or mail as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about prices, seating, and events.
