Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of in‑person customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capable of standing for extended periods and moving across venues.
• Comfortable using tablets/laptops to assist guests.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned areas and respond to ticketing issues or guest concerns.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with staff to maintain service quality.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them to locations and concessions.
• Assist guests with mobile ticketing and navigate venue layout.
• Support emergency procedures and incident reporting as needed.
• Maintain the lost & found program and log incidents for management.
