Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional customer service.
• Operate ticket scanning devices and scan tickets throughout events.
• Direct and assist patrons with venue questions.
• Assist at Box Office windows during events and handle ticketing issues.
• Answer questions about pricing, seating, and upcoming events.
• Report to work on time, in proper uniform with badge.
• Maintain personal appearance per dress code.
• Report issues to management regarding ticketing.
