Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for the Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee daily box office operations, train ticket staff, manage cash handling, and ensure accurate sales reporting during conventions, entertainment events, and community gatherings.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and capable of leading a fast-paced team while delivering exceptional guest experiences at live events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training required.
• Box office or guest services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and train ticket sellers.
• Update and coordinate all event information for ticket sellers.
• Open/close ticket window as required.
• Accurately dispense tickets and handle payments.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily sales reports.
• Balance cash and tickets; submit to Box Office Manager for audit.
• Process Will-Call and reservations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Answer questions on prices, seating, and events.
