Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ to oversee daily box office operations and supervise ticketing staff, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales reporting.

You will coordinate event and ticketing information, assist patrons, and maintain efficient procedures in a fast-paced live events environment for conventions, entertainment, and community gatherings.

Qualifications

• Supervises and trains ticket sellers.
• Accurately handles cash and makes change.
• Inputs sales data into computer systems.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates clearly.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Box office or guest services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, instructs, and trains ticket sellers in proper selling procedures.
• Updates and coordinates all event information for ticket sellers.
• Opens and or closes ticket window as required.
• Accurately dispenses tickets and handles payments.
• Maintains accurate cash drawer balance and daily sales reports.
• Fills reservations for seats by telephone or mail; handles Will-Call.
• Responds to customer questions and provides information on prices, seating and events.
• Performs related clerical work as assigned by Manager.
