Job description

Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Box Office Supervisor to join our partnership with a local university in Dayton, OH.

We are looking for a proactive individual who radiates positivity, embraces continuous learning, and takes ownership of tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, explore new opportunities, and grow within a supportive team environment.

Schedule & Pay
  • Schedule: Monday 9:15am - 12:15pm and Tuesday - Friday 9:15am - 4:15pm
  • Pay: $19.50/hr
Essential Functions
  • Open and close the ticket office, manage accurate ticketing reports, and handle various payment methods.
  • Oversee box office operations during events, including WSU basketball games.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff, promoters, and event personnel.
  • Maintain interdepartmental organization, submit timely cash outs and daily reports, and manage the ordering and depositing of box office funds.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in customer service and cash handling, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
