Why M Physicians?

The Specialty Access Center (SAC) is an inbound, fast-paced, high-volume center with an average of 6,000 calls per day. The SAC supports multiple Adult and Pediatric Specialties, including Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Med-Surg, Neuroscience, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pulmonology, Solid Organ Transplant, Urology, Women's Health, and more. As the first point of contact, the SAC provides essential support in connecting patients with the care they need.

What you will do as a Specialty Access Center Supervisor:
  • Provide daily supervision of department expectations, employee hiring and training, monitor daily workflow, implement process improvements, manage performance, and oversee changes.
  • Review productivity reports and manage staff to ensure quality, customer service, and production standards are met.
  • Collaborate with staffing team and leadership to ensure adequate staffing, planning, and scheduling.
  • Address urgent and escalated customer service needs.
  • Understand metrics and identify actionable outcomes.
  • Lead by example through consistent high performance work.
What you will need:
  • Associate's degree or two years of relevant experience.
  • One year of relevant department experience within the organization or three years of relevant experience outside the organization.

Location: This position is remote (MN residents only).

Hours: 1.0 FTE (Monday-Friday).

Compensation: $60,133 - $87,194 USD annually.
