Job summary

The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a part-time Ticketing Associate to deliver exemplary customer service by selling tickets and assisting patrons with information.

Preferred candidates have experience in customer service, with knowledge of Ticketmaster or Tessitura, and familiarity with performing arts ticket offices. The role requires working hours that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ticket office or guest services background preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls regarding Hobby Center events.
• Sell single tickets and subscriptions at the ticket office.
• Exchange tickets for season subscribers.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
