Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ticketing, hospitality, recreation, event operations, or a similar customer‑facing environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while working independently and making sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and using ticketing or point‑of‑sale systems is preferred.
• Flexible to work multiple assignments including required seasonal schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee box office and event operations as a versatile supervisor.
• Support roles of Ticket Seller, Event Supervisor, and Seasonal Outdoor Ice Rink Supervisor.
• Lead staff, ensure guest experience, manage front-line interactions.
• Oversee Worcester Common Oval outdoor skating rink operations during winter season.
• Complete required reports and assist with cash reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
