Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous 6 months experience in customer support.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to concentrate on multiple problems and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work daytimes, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a team-based culture focused on respect, communication, inclusivity, and collaboration.
• Provides call center support for all incoming and outgoing calls, follows up on voicemails, and responds to inquiries.
• Processes ticket orders and exchanges for all events at TPAC.
• Handles patron emails and in-person box office transactions.
• Distributes will call tickets and manages walk-up ticket sales as needed.
• Supports information tables during season roll out and assists with outbound calls.
