Job summary

Legends Global Wichita is seeking a Box Office and Marketing Manager to oversee all box office operations for the Orpheum Theatre and support marketing efforts. You will manage ticketing, pricing, inventory holds, reporting, group sales outreach, and supervise part-time staff, while collaborating with promoters and partners to ensure smooth events.

You will also assist with marketing campaigns, create content, and ensure accurate financial reporting, working regular hours with nights or weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum three years related experience.
• Experience in accounting and financial procedures is essential.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Ticketmaster is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily box office operations and internal controls.
• Set ticket pricing and seating configurations with promoters.
• Manage ticketing builds and inventory holds per specifications.
• Monitor daily ticket sales and report to team and promoters.
• Assist with marketing plans and create social media content.
• Coordinate group sales outreach and partner collaborations.
• Prepare and audit box office statements for settlements.
• Supervise part‑time box office staff on event days.
• Manage cash banks, deposits, and daily reconciliation.
• Attend weekly meetings for planning and updates.
