Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Manager for the Orpheum Theatre in Wichita to oversee daily box office operations, pricing, and ticketing builds while supporting marketing and community partnerships.

You will supervise part-time box office staff, coordinate with promoters, and ensure accurate financial reporting for events. Strong customer service and accounting acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years of related experience; accounting and customer service experience essential.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Experience working with Ticketmaster system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal control of daily box office operations.
• Collaborates with promoters to establish ticket pricing and seating configurations.
• Gathers ticketing setup information from promoters and completes ticketing builds.
• Prepares and audits final box office statements for settlement.
• Oversees box office staff and ensures proper selling procedures at events.
