Job summary

Wind Creek Event Center in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Box Office Manager to oversee the Ticketing & Box Office Operations. You will supervise the sales team, drive ticket revenue, ensure financial accountability, and deliver exceptional guest service across 125+ concerts and events annually.

The role reports to the Director of Ticketing and VP of Finance, requiring strong leadership, operational discipline, and expertise with Ticketmaster Host / TM Sales and Momentus to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive ticketing/box office experience.
• Experience with Ticketmaster Host or TM Sales required.
• Strong leadership, financial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Box Office Sellers and Premium Sales Representatives.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Oversee daily box office operations and event builds in Ticketmaster.
• Drive revenue through ticket, premium seating, and group sales.
• Maintain financial accountability and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolution of escalated issues.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate events.
