Job summary

Wind Creek Event Center is seeking a part-time Box Office Ticket Seller to join its Ticketing Department in Bethlehem. You will help guests with ticket purchases, event information, and general inquiries, while processing transactions accurately and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior ticketing experience required; entry encouraged.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to handle cash and other payments accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule including daytime, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and assist guests with seating options and event details.
• Process ticket transactions accurately using Box Office systems.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, onsales, and policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve concerns.
• Support Box Office leadership with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reconciliation.
