Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the box office including event builds, ticket sales, and guest inquiries.
• Work with Entertainment Managers to properly schedule staff at all three properties as required.
• Utilize ticketing platform to sell, distribute and manage inventory.
• Management of Entertainment Cashiers including training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate show settlements and coordinate reporting with finance team.
• Collaborate with Marketing to analyze reports and address sales concerns.
• Coordinate with tour managers and talent agencies to provide sales reports.
• Implement and enforce box office policies and procedures.
• Develop plans with marketing teams to optimize results.
