Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage seeks a Special Events Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and management of all special events and promotions for the property. Responsibilities include coordinating contracts, managing ticketing, tracking results, and supporting the management team, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and budget adherence.

Minimum 4 years of entertainment or promotional experience is required, along with excellent organizational and communication skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years entertainment/promotional experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work across departments.
• Proficiency with computers and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage promotional schedule to meet revenue objectives.
• Develop, implement and execute special events and property promotions.
• Track and report results for all events and promotions.
• Coordinate contracts for promotional events, including lounge entertainment when applicable.
• Manage ticketing procedures, setup and sales for events and promotions.
• Monitor expenses vs. budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
