Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for the Tucson area, overseeing daily box office operations during performances at the Tucson Convention Center and affiliated venues. This on-site, part-time role requires leadership, guest service excellence, and cash handling accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of box office/ticketing experience, familiarity with Ticketmaster, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• 1–2 years of Box Office / Ticketing experience in a performing arts or similar venue.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster and box office terminology.
• Able to work flexible hours based on event calendar.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site Box Office representative for events and VIP programs.
• Open and close ticket windows and sell tickets as needed.
• Balance daily cash, tickets sold, and end-of-day deposits with accuracy.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain positive guest relations.
• Coordinate with Box Office Management and staff during performances.
