Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Box Office Supervisor to assist the Box Office Manager during performances at the Tucson Convention Center complex (Tucson Arena, Linda Ronstadt Music Hall, Leo Rich Theater). The ideal candidate has experience processing orders and payments and delivering outstanding guest service.

You will serve as on-site representative on event days, open/close windows, balance cash, collaborate with Ticketmaster, and uphold cash controls while maintaining positive

Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office or ticketing for performing arts or venues.
• Ability to process orders and payments.
• Strong guest service and communication.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site Box Office representative for events.
• Open/close ticket window and sell tickets as needed.
• Balance cash and daily inventory of tickets.
• Provide guests with superior guest service.
• Respond to customer complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with Ticketmaster for day-of selling updates.
• Process charity ticket requests and document complimentary tickets.
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposits.
• Record daily balances and end-of-day bank deposits.
• Fill reservations by telephone or mail; manage Will-Call.
• Handle group sales orders and internal ticket requests.
• Collaborate with venue Finance for audit reports.
• Perform any other duties as required.
