Job summary

Buffalo Sabres is seeking a Box Office Customer Service Representative to provide support for the Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bandits and all events at KeyBank Center. You will sell tickets at box office and over the phone, assist fans, and help with guest services on event days.

This part-time position requires a High School diploma, customer service experience, cash handling, strong computer skills, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Strong computer skills; experience with computerized ticketing preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work at least 50% of events each month.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets at the box office windows and over the phone.
• Communicate schedules and game-day information via email, mail, and phone.
• Assist with data entry and bulk mailers.
• Support Ticket Sales, Ticket Operations, and Box Office programs.
• Balance payments and count drawer at end of shift.
• Answer calls and assist fans with ticket purchases.
• Staff box office for events at LECOM Harborcenter and handle will call.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
