Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cash Handling.
• Knowledge of Phone and In Person Customer Service.
• Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays).
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales.
• Assist Manager/Supervisor in pricing initiatives (Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing).
• Assist Manager/Supervisor with internal Ticket Orders and Reports.
• Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP on upgrades and inventory.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in person and by phone.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and ADA requirements.
