Freight Breakers LLC in West Jordan, Utah is seeking dependable Box Loaders/Unloaders to join our team. This physically demanding, fast-paced role requires safety, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. You will load and unload freight, scan packages, and maintain an organized, safe workspace.

We offer performance-based pay with typical earnings of $16–$25 per hour and top performers earning $25–$35+ per hour. Day and night shifts with a four-day workweek are available; relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift and carry packages weighing 5–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to perform sustained physical activity during a full shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable transportation to the worksite is required.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load boxes from conveyor systems into trailers using floor-loading techniques.
• Scan and accurately record packages using handheld scanning devices.
• Move freight cages to and from designated staging areas.
• Organize and secure freight to maximize trailer space and ensure safe transportation.
• Unload boxes from trailers onto conveyor systems.
• Scan packages and accurately sort freight into designated cages.
• Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
