Freight Breakers LLC in West Jordan, Utah is hiring Box Loaders/Unloaders for a full-time, physically active role. You will hand-load, scan, and organize freight to maximize trailer space while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This fast-paced position offers performance-based earnings and a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts on 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM). Occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift 5–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the West Jordan facility.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Load boxes from conveyor onto trailers using floor-loading techniques.
• Scan packages into trailers with handheld devices.
• Move cages between staging areas and trailers.
• Organize freight to maximize trailer space.
• Ensure freight is handled safely and accurately.
• Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system.
• Scan and sort packages into cages.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and organization in a high-volume environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
