Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in West Jordan, Utah is seeking a part-time Freight Handler / Box Loader & Unloader for weekend shifts. You will load, unload, scan, and sort shipments while keeping a safe, efficient warehouse environment. The role runs on Saturdays and Sundays with day or night options and 12-hour shifts.

Experience in warehouse or freight is a plus; reliable attendance and physical stamina are essential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Physically capable for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 5–50 lbs.
• Able to sustain a 12-hour shift.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to West Jordan site.

Responsibilities

• Load cartons into trailers and arrange freight safely and efficiently.
• Remove packages from incoming trailers and transfer to conveyors.
• Scan shipments to ensure accurate tracking.
• Sort freight into cages and staging locations.
• Move cages and packages throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain an orderly and safe work area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform repetitive lifting and other physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work with team to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
