Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc is seeking an F&B Supervisor to manage all food & beverage operations within a bowling center/arcade environment. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, overseeing staff, inventory, and compliance with health and safety policies.

You will lead the F&B team on shifts, ensure quality and consistency of food and beverage service, and manage orders and deliveries while maintaining budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Open availability of minimum 40 hours per week.
• Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction.
• Lead F&B team, assign duties, train, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation.
• Ensure alcohol service and age verification compliance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day F&B operations within budget and generate sales reports.
